This gym has the worst management, I got locked inside the gym on Sunday afternoon and luckily I saw their housekeeper in the back and let me out the back door. After complaining to the manager he had that I don't care look on his face and said his staff has to go home to their family and apologized for them not checking the locker room before they close. REALLY??? I asked for a few months free and he said he couldn't mess with his revenu for a small mistake! REALLY??? WOW! This gym is always breaking down, sauna was down for 1 month and now filter water has been down for weeks. It's apparent that this manager is not trying to keep members happy and not trying to invest in repairs.

Crunch cut my lock and threw my bag with shirts and pants away. They do not bother to post a note on my locker. Management is very rude.

This is a nice gym to get a good work out in. However, I do miss the old Forum Athletic Club which had some of the best equipment in the industry of fitness (Body Master, Hammer Strength, Cybex, etc.) Crunch uses some Hoit and some other brands of equipment. Other perks include nice staff, clean and new facility, and you don’t have to wait to use a machine. The air conditioner stays broken because it is very hot all the time. There are no fans for air circulations other than the smalls fans built into the tread mills. $10.00 per month is good, but there are initiation fees, hidden late fees, and annual fees that can become very confusing and irritating if not disclosed up front.
