Grey Owl Mind-Body Studio opened its doors in June 2017 with the mission to provide a welcoming space for education, transformation and restoration. We offer a variety of yoga styles such as beginners, hatha (all level movement), yin, restorative, vinyasa flow, warm power flow and are excited to also provide aerial yoga (where a nylon fabric hammock is used as a prop). For those looking to further target the mind, energetic and emotional dimension, our curriculum includes tai chi qigong and meditation. Tap into the healing powers of dance and music, with our dance offerings such as belly dance, latin and hooping. Whether you are enjoying a cup of tea in the lobby, meditating in our zen room or experiencing weightlessness in a hammock, our goal is for you to feel at home and comfortable.
