I would recommend Gourmet Bay to anyone looking for a caterer in Charleston. My husband and I live about 3 hours away so all of our contact with Nicole was through email. She was always to accommodating and was open to all of our wants! She was always very quick to answer any of our questions through email. The food was great, all of the guests commented on it. Nicole and her staff were very friendly and helpful at our reception. Everything was kept clean and organized. Nicole even helped clean up our flowers and tablecloths. They even boxed up all of our leftovers for us to take home. She really made sure she did everything she could to make our day perfect, and she definitely made everything so easy. We would recommend Gourmet Bay to anyone, hands down!
