These guys will rob you blind! Nick & Jason may seem friendly, but they will grab your money before you know what hit you! Do not call them for anything! Not even to change a toilet paper roll in your bathroom! You will be ripped off!

Yeah, so they charge 400+$ for a simple igniter change-out for a furnace! Don't be fooled! These guys are padding their pockets! I wouldn't recommend them to change my god-damn pillow case without a high margin! Rip-off central!

I HAD NO HEAT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT.THESE GUYS WHERE AWESOME.THEY WENT OUT OF THE WAY TO HELP ME AND MY FAMILY.THEY GAVE ME GOOD SERVICE AND I WAS REAL PLEASED WITH THEM.I WILL USE COMFORT DOCTORS FROM NOW ON.

In June 2010, we used a coupon in a local coupon book for an a/c tune-up from the Comfort Doctors. During the service, our technician informed us that a capacitor needed replacing because “a rodent had reduced the effectiveness of the capacitor”. He originally quoted the cost of the part at $229 but I negotiated it down to $189. Last week, our condenser motor fan went out. I’m pretty handy and decided to replace it myself. During my research, I found out that you have to replace the capacitor at the same time. I then learned the true cost of this capacitor - $18. And it took about 2 minutes to replace. If you use this company for a service, please do your homework BEFORE you agree to a costly repair. Ask for the part number that “needs” to be replaced and use the Internet to determine the true market price for that part. That inexpensive service call may not be that inexpensive when they leave.

They take your money and run they well rip you off and ok I had a new unit install they could have told me I need a new Drip Pan but they over look that work My new unit after 2 years got ruined by water because they never told me I needed a new drip pan so it leakes caused water damage to the new furnace my floors and walls the estimate for was 4000 dollars and 2 other companies told me the drip pan was too old and a new one should have been installed with the furnace the moter and circuit board went out they did not consider that part of the warrenty so i had to buy a new motor and circuit board I was out a lot of money they never returned our calls i would reccomend that no one do business with them
