Johnson City Elementary-Middle School comprises the primary, intermediate and middle school sections. Its primary section provides education to students in grade kindergarten through two, the intermediate section serves students in grades three through five and the middle section that serves six through eight students. It offers courses in various subjects, such as English, math, arts, science, physical education and foreign languages. It also offers a food service program and a wide range of extracurricular activities and sports programs. It additionally provides guidance, transportation and counseling services. It also has a parent-teacher association comprising more than 200 members. The school is a part of the Johnson City Central School District and is located in Johnson City, N.Y.
