My husband and I have moved many times. We’ve bought, sold and rented houses. We learned that having a “dual” Real Estate agent was not always to one’s advantage when on the buying-end. Through our dealings there were times when there was a conflict of interest – especially if the home we attempted to buy was the agent’s own listing. Our solution was to work with “Buyer’s Agents” only, when attempting to purchase a property.
