I went for a VI Peel after an appointment for age spot renewal on my hands that didn't work either as it turned out. I was led to believe that most times especially new age spots would disappear with the Peel and was told that depending on how she mixed it, it would be pinpoint certain things so I chose the age spots and fine lines as my focus. There was very little (if any) change in my age spots or fine lines. When I went back, I told her I was bummed about it so she tried the laser on two of the age spots on my face and said she would call on Monday to see if that worked. (it takes about 7 days to tell) It has now been 3 weeks and I haven't heard a word from them. I am very disappointed to say the least. The monetary damage was over $400.00 but it's especially sad that they never even called back to see if the laser helped or anything.

The Director, April Stephens was very knowledgeable about her services and procedures. They are competitive in pricing and have a very friendly staff. Laser vein treatments are almost virtually painfree. I am very satisfied with their procedures and the services I have received from them. Thanks to all of the staff for listening to my concerns and helping me understand my needs.I can't say enough positive things about them. They are great..

They have competitive prices, the staff is informative, and professional. The office is somewhat casual and private, so you can feel comfortable having your procedure done here.
