Fabulous customer service from Cathy King! I purchased bar stools for my new home and she was able to find exactly what I wanted.

We recently bought furniture from Ashley Furniture in Johnson City, TN. We received excellent service. The sales lady was awesome! Delivery was great. I would shop there again. Job well done!

The Sales person- Kattie Coleman was wonderful and very helpful and knowledgeable. She went ouf of her way if she didn't know the answer to our question to find the answer to it.. I would most definately recommend my friends/ family to go see her for any of their furniture needs.. We had a issue w/ the first delivery people who brought our split king adjustable bed mattress'.. they didn't want to attach to headboard and then legs was WAY too high for me (I'm short).. so we had to get another group of delivery people to come and hook the adjustable beds to the headboard and adjust the legs to the bases.. They did a wonderful job and even came early than expected.. They was real nice.. WE LOVE our Adjustable beds.. Kattie Coleman suggested to us and gave us information on ..and my husband wanted a Firm bed for his side and couldn't try out that direct one in the store in firm.. but, Kattie said it was excellent.. HE LOVES IT... Thank you Kattie... we both feel so much better w/ the new mattress'.. my side is plush.. my bones don't hurt as they did before.. and love the adjustable to help w/ my sinius'... We will return to Ashley's furniture again on our next furniture needs.. The prices and sale was great.... Thank you Ashley Furniture for a great nights sleep and Thank You Kattie Coleman for all your time and efforts in helping us choose the perfect mattress'...

Great experience! Sales lady was great and understood when we wanted to compare shop but Ashley met or beat the prices on everything we bought! Delivery guys were great as well!!!

I bought a mattress set and bed set, from the Johnson City store and Kathy the salesperson)was very easy to talk to about what i was looking for and very helpful , which made our purchase very easy.Love the bed,and will continue to get all pieces for my guest room.Very positive shopping experience.

Biggest contemporary sofa selection in tricities. I selected a sofa online, went to the store to checkout the quality which I liked, the saleswoman helped me get he color I wanted along with a promotional discount. I picked it up from the warehouse with no additional fees.

My husband and I were looking for a new mattress. We went to Ashley Furniture in Johnson City TN. And our salesman was very knowledgeable about all the mattress. We ended up buying a Posturepedic and it is wonderful. Everyone in the store was very nice and friendly. We are going to buy new living room furniture and we will go to Ashley first to shop for it.

After looking at several local stores for a rocker recliner, I found just what I was looking for at Ashley. They had a great selection and the sales person was very helpful. Im a new mother and use my rocker recliner everyday and love it. Very comfortable and easy to keep clean.

I have been looking for a new recliner for several months and after shopping many stores many websites I decided to go to Ashley furniture. Upon arrival I was greeted by the nicest sales people plus a sales person who was in training. They helped me tremendously they showed me their inventory and I found exactly what I was looking for in the clearance area yes, ...Clearance! Because of my experience I will recommend Ashley furniture to my friends and I will also go back when I need another piece of furniture.
