I recieved a $120 gift card from my husband to Austin Springs Spa. Though very thoughtful, this was something I would not use. I contact the Spa Director who then informs me the card is non-refundable. I explained that I had no interest in any of their services and all she could say was "sorry, it's corporate policy". My husband had no idea it was non-refundable.I really think this is very poor customer service. The Spa should respectfully refund the amount of the card. I was very upset and the Spa director acted as if she did'nt care. I don't have $120 just to give away, most retailers would refund just to keep customers happy. I would never use this service or recommend it to anyone because of the way I was treated. Austin Springs Spa should rethink their "Corporate Policies" not for their benefit, but for the customers, Afterall isn't " The Customer always Right".
