We bought a 2015 scion, had a headlight out and was told to bring it in and they would check it out. I pulled the bulb myself and saw it was blown and told the salesman and then he recommended I buy one myself for $40. The money isn't the issue, it's that you would think this would had been inspected and dealt with by the dealership. I would not recommend this dealership.

We loved our sales person, Christian, but when we went to finance our car the man threw lots of papers in front of us to signe and he explained what they were for. Being a reputable business we didnt question his ethics. He evidentally had us sign up for a maintenance contract for over $600 that we did not know we signed for (our mistake). When we traded this car in 14 months later we lost that money for all those oil changes(10) that we NEVER used. Even tho we financed that amount and paid interest on it - we lost more. I feel so stupid for letting this man do this to us. We are inexperienced new car buyers and we made the mistake of trusting this man to explain all this paperwork. So for those of you who are buying a new car DO NOT sign up for any maintenance contracts or service contracts. To me, it is nothing but a rip off. My son use to work there, we had bought 2 vehicles there and this is how they treat their customers? My plans for ever buying a Mazda from them again is nil.
