I absolutely despise this company. Passed around on the phone like a hot potato when trying to discuss why my bill has gone up with no additional add-ons. Got a service rep on the West Coast yesterday and she (from what I could understand) told me to call the East Coast office!!! Hello - I can't even understand the tech on the East Coast. Worst service ever - I finally just hung up -

absolutely the worst customer service in the world!! Not only the worst customer service, but the lousiest internet service too. I canceled my service within the 30 day satisfaction guarantee. I turned my equipment in and I am yet to receive my deposit by mail. Whatever you do, do not use their services. Half of the customer service reps are hard to understand, because they are not from this country, they read from a script. every time I call about my deposit, I get the west coast which I am on hold forever and passed back to the west coast. It seems like they are trying t find a way to avoid giving my deposit and I am on hold forever and it burns up my minutes on my phone.

Century Link has the absolute worst customer service of any company i have ever been with. Ask a question about a problem, and you have to go thru minutes if not hours doing this and that, even tho you've told them what the problem is, and add that to getting people who can't speak so you can understand them. They also double your cost with no notice, but give away all kinds of service & prices to new people. Looks like people who have been them with years would get some benefits. Anyone that knows of a good internet only program in East TN, let me know. I'm looking.
