Please be very cautious if you choose to use CLW Delivery because they will not take responsibility for any damage caused to your home as a result of their negligence. They delivered and installed a new refrigerator to my home on June 17, 2016, and failed to tape or strap the ice maker water line out of the way. They pinched the line when they pushed the refrigerator back into its enclosure causing a huge water leak that ruined my laminate floor. They deny responsibility for their negligence and refuse to take responsibility. They have several unresolved complaints with the Better Business Bureau of this same nature. They were hired by Sears to deliver the refrigerator so they may be delivering your appliances and you would not even know it was CLW Delivery. I simply thought it was Sears Home Delivery until I experienced all the issues. Now it looks like my only recourse is legal action.

I had a washer delivered from Lowes using this company and the washer had a leak on the back stem. Terrible water damage from it not being hooked up properly and still fighting since July 2014 just to get them to pay for the repair costs. I will NEVER EVER use Lowes or CLW Delivery again!!!!
