Sorry scam running cocksuckers. No wonder no one goes to downtown Johnson city.

In my opinion, this is a criminal enterprise. Our car was parked in an unclearly marked area and we were gone less than 5 minutes. When we returned our car had been towed. 2 individuals in a tow truck quickly showed up to the lot to tow more cars. They accept payment only in cash (requires walking to the bank to get cash and hope you have your bank card with you) and require you to walk on unsafe streets to get to their location. The location didn’t have an office, sign, or podium which was very suspicious. The individuals were extremely unpleasant and spent all their time smoking in their van. Very unprofessional. Considering that there are many people in the world who are starving, the fact that this organization goes around looking for ways to cheat hard working families out of their hard earned money is absolutely criminal. All because of a parking space. Unacceptable and unprofessional.
