WebsiteEstablished in 1968, Dawn of Hope is a nonprofit agency that offers individualized services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in northeast Tennessee. It offers a range of developmental, vocational, health, support and residential services. The agency s vocational services program provides opportunities in employment for persons with disabilities. It also offers supported living and family-based residential services. Dawn of Hope offers a full-service, on-site medical clinic.
