Consider carefully before giving this man any advanced payment, for any type of work. We hired him, under contract, to complete a new HVAC system install in our house. He asked for a $5500.00 deposit to purchase the equipment and supplies. As soon as he cashed our check he disappeard. No answer to phones/e-mail/text, and zero work or equipment.
Shame on you Dwigth Mumpower!

DO NOT use this person. Gave me a quote and required $3,000 to start (for purchase of new unit) and remainder after completion. I gave him the money to start a month ago. Have called and left messages and will not return call. Called his mobile number and he has blocked my calls.

I discovered he has an F rating with the BBB and have since pulled a public records report on him and he has numerous judgements against him as well. This guy needs to be in jail and not allowed to keep steeling from people!

Please make sure you google his name, Dwight Mumpower. There are numerous reports online and with his mugshot. He was accused of stealing thousands from his church.

Kristen G: Some people need to LISTEN to what they are told and not tell others LIES. She told the other company the wrong coil, which is cheaper, but her other company's cost is MORE than she thinks for the repair. It only needed more refrigerant because I was nice and added to it what I had at the time and because the COIL LEAKS! Customer did NOT even pay a penny for any work done!

I'd give him zero stars if it allowed me. this man is a crook if I ever saw one. Came out to look at my air and told me I needed a new coil and that it would be almost $3000. I had another professional look at it, and my coil was perfectly fine and all my HVAC unit needed was more coolant. This professional also told me a coil for my unit would cost less than $1000. Don't do business with this man.
