I was referred to Art Fowler III by another attorney to settle an estate. I found him to be very professional and willing to help me with any questions I had. He helped me understand the entire process which put me at great ease since I was extremely nervous having never done this sort of thing before. If ever a situation arises in the future I will most definitely be retaining Mr. Art Fowler III again.

FINALLY -- AN HONEST ATTORNEY!!! We first contacted Fowler and Fowler, PLLC in reference to issues with a new home contractor who refused to finish our home without first giving him additional funds that were not agreed upon. The contractor walked away from our uncompleted home and left us hanging. The folks at this law firm were great to work with. Art Fowler, III was our attorney and was very patient with us. The dedication and professionalism exhibited by Mr. Fowler and staff were above and beyond. I contacted my realtor for advice on an attorney when I realized the contractor I had hired to build my house was not licensed and had made errors in construction. She said to call Art Fowler follow whatever course he advised. The case turned out to be difficult to navigate because of the refusal of the party to admit wrong even to his own attorney who told him he was in error. Filed suit and eventually settled by him buying the house. It was not a simple case but Mr. Fowler made sure all the bases were covered and they eventually caved.
