We were there to buy my little sister a car. The management team kept us on the hook, "looking for the keys" to that car for a couple of hours after we arrived, until they sold the vehicle to an elderly couple that arrived about 15 minutes after us to look at the same car. Even the elderly woman acknowledged that they were second in line to us to buy the car.

We were constantly told that the keys could not be found and that even if they were, the vehicle could not be moved until the service dept. inspected it. We were told too, that we would have to put up a "$500 non-refundable" deposit until the car went through the service dept. before we could buy it, which we were prepared to do. While, all the time, they were working on a deal with the elderly couple.

The salesman, Jon, told us several times that the car could not be financed through the dealership's lenders. We told him every time he mentioned it that we did not need financing.

Miraculously, they found the keys and moved the vehicle out for the elderly couple.

We've bought vehicles from that location before. That was before it was AutoNation. We have a 2014 Compass and a 2013 Grand Cherokee. But the way we were treated this time, we won't be buying from them again. We were lied to, and I believe discriminated against. I was sorely embarrassed at the way their team (Gary Hudgins-General Manager, Dustin Ritchie-ECOM Sales Specialist and Jon ? the salesperson) treated my little sister.
