Horrible! Me and my wife purchased a car from there almost new and ever since we've had nothing but problems with it!! We take it up there and they always say nothing is wrong with it and refuse to fix it yet it keeps messing up and we were lied to about it being in an accident previously and had to find out from another dealership telling us when they checked the report! Awful customer service!

Friendship Hyundai in Johnson City has the worst service center I have EVER come in contact with. There are two members of my family who have bought cars from them, and you would think they would be concerned about loyal customers, but they aren't. My car was randomly not starting. One second it would, one second it wouldn't. I am only two years into my warranty so I took it in. They said they COULDN'T (WOULDN'T) find anything wrong, but oh i needed new tires. So they charged over $200 for new tires. When my fiance went to pick the car up, it once again wouldn't start!!! they said oh i guess its the battery but it not under warranty so sorry! I had to have an independent mechanic fix the SIMPLE problem. Two weeks later my radio went completely out. I called to set up an appointment but since it wasn't an IMPORTANT problem they couldn't look at it for a week!!!!! I will never do business with Huyndai again!
