I like to support local businesses and have found this one to be the BEST in consistent customer sevice! Their mechanics are the best in the area from my experience, as is the management who seeks to get the best deal for the customer, while making sure repairs are to our satisfaction. I have found them to go the exta mile on several occasions! While it may seem you are getting a better cost on tires at the big stores, when you factor in the continuous alignments and rotations you get, as well as warranties, you can't beat Humble Tire! Support local small businesses! It is what the USA is made of! They also honor local police officers and veterans by giving discounts! Respect!

I purchased the 3rd set on Cooper tires from Humble Tire They were being installed on one of my cars. It had wire wheel covers on it. They tried to reinstall the wheel covers by using a rubber mallet to put them back ok. However the wheel covers installed with a bolt thru the wheel cover when you took off the center of the wheel cover, the same way you took it off. I did not notice it until I got home. When I went back, she said couldn't do anything about it. I have four wire wheel covers that are beat up with dents all over them. I will not go back and my relatives will not either. Six cars all together. I am very disappointed with this. So check everything BEFORE you leave!

As an ETSU student I you want to find cheap deals but also great work! Now the prices aren't super cheap but reasonable! They won't overcharge you and will get the work done that you need! I been going to them for the past 4 years and I wish I could take them back home with me! It's hard to find a honest auto repair place where you feel comfortable they won't overcharge you, but this is the place! They're here to serve you!
