This has gone too far and I'm going to elaborate a little more on Leah's and Jennifer's comments. It's funny that every time a negative review has been posted, a 5-star review has followed. The people at Johnson City Appliance are sheer crooks and hold no responsibility for their poor service. We have never rented to a lady named "Jennifer" first off. Second, as stated, we have rented to the same ppl for 2 years at one location and 4 years at another. Our "real" renters would agree that we treat ppl the way they should be treated. To elaborate on the situation. Leah wanted give business to local business as opposed to a chain (Home Depot/Lowes). It's safe to say we will be returning to one of the two chains. Upon delivery, they scratched the hall wall, knocked the thermostat off the wall, chipped the framing from the transition to the kitchen from living room, scratched the bedroom door (don't know how that was possible), scratched the hardwood flooring and lastly did nothing to clamp the old water line running to the old fridge as they said they would when they were informed about it, before delivery. They dropped the fridge off and LEFT. Our tenant had to tie it off with one of her hair-ties until I was off work and got a clamp from Home Depot to do it myself. JCA said it was a mess up from miscommunication and I have yet to receive a call explaining how so much damage could be from a delivery. They have yet to apologize. Even offering to fix their damages is not a possibility at this point, I'm certain. The best thing I know to do, is warn enough ppl before they end up going through the same, awful experience we had here. It's safe to say, we will NEVER do business with them again. There's a level of professionalism and business ethic any business should obtain and it's crystal clear, it's non-existent here as a business and trickles down to the guidance under Anthony.

Nice to see that "Jennifer" has responded to my review of your establishment. After phone calls and complaints about your business, you respond with this comment/review from "Jennifer". I actually have rented to the same people for 2 years and we are all in a very nice, rental relationship. So, nice try "Jennifer". Your place is horrible and I have already contacted the Better Business Bureau, showed them the pictures of the mess your delivery guys left behind and explained to them what happened. You can expect a visit soon.

I love this place LEAH your a liar!!! I know this woman, I rented from her she is an absolutely HORRIBLE SLUM LORD. Be careful with her nasty real estate not Johnson City appliance store they have great stuff at very affordable prices. Don't let people like Leah fool you. Ignorant woman

Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. I had a horrible experience with them. I purchased a refrigerator for a rental unit and we had a terrible miscommunication problem with the kid named Anthony who works there. I had my doubts about him from the start due to his lack of professionalism. He quickly proved me right. Upon delivery the guys, scratched up the floors and walls, knocked the air conditioning unit controller off the wall, left a ice maker tube un-capped and leaking water on the kitchen floor and were un aware that they were supposed to also remove a refrigerator upon delivery. I called this Anthony kid twice and he offered zero help in the matter. He was unapologetic, unprofessional and totally disrespectful to me. I would suggest everyone stay away from this horrible place.

This place is horrible i bought a washer and dryer set from them for 250 dollars the owners assured me worked great no problems ect i drove all the way from Church Hill TN to there to buy it , i get it back and hooked up the washer goes out in 3 days the aggetater did not agitate and did not spin they said bring it back after much arguing and attitude on the phone and they would fix it . i get there they sprayed wd 40 on it and claimed it was fixed i of course figured it wasn't but tried it and did not work that's two tanks of fuel and no working washer then a week later the dryer stopped working the element was bad and the barrel was warped . i took them to another place in Kingsport the man there showed me where they did not fix it right on the washer and only charged me 50 to fix it since Jc Appliances Store had messed me over so bad and he gave me a dryer of the same quality that worked for 25 . they got me on 250 plus 2 tanks of fuel at 50 a piece from where i live and 75 dollars in repairs and replacing if you value your money dont go there they have silver tongues but they dont stand by warranties and they rig their products to last long enough to sell extremely un happy with them!!!!! would not send my worst enemy there

I love this place! I'm a Real Estate investor and I have a lot of properties that I have furnished with J C Appliance Store products. I have purchased several stoves & refrigerators from them and have saved hundreds. I recommend this place if you want save money and time.

I bought a washer ,dryer and refrigerator from them . They have great prices super friendly service and even a repaclement program. I highly recomend this place.

Bought a drier yesterday from Johnson City appliance store and I really wish I hadn't. Only buy from them if you ok with wasting more time and gas money on a 50% chance that what you buy will work. I've had better luck buying from a random personal owner on Craigslist. Their so called 30 day warranty only includes repairs and disrespectful tones when you call back to say what you just paid good money for does not work. I'm very disappointed.�
