HORRIBLE SERVICE

We have had the WORSE service from this place. We have bought 4 vehicles from them. The last one being a 2018 Lincoln Navigator. We took it there for a noise, it took them over 3 months to get it right. We were told we were going to get a car payment back...nothing. We were told they were going to fix some scratches in it make up for the time they had it...nothing. We were told we were going to get a $100.00 referral for recommending a family memember to go up and buy a new truck...nothing. I get fee oil changes so I took my 2018 Lincoln Navigator up there to have the oil change....they got that right, however, I have a break light out in the back. They ordered a new one because it?s LED so the whole thing has to be replaced. This was in November. I thought hmmm I should call to see if the part is in....GUESS WHAT??? NEVER ORDERED.......never again will this place ever get our business again. I am beyond unhappy. Sad place and horrible management. My business is now will be with Fairway Ford in Kingsport.......nice to have people that care. I?m just sorry I didn?t give them my business to begin with.

I have never been to a dealership and didn't feel pressure from a salesmen but Johnson City Ford is so much different. Saturday afternoon me and my wife was looking at cars all day long I decided to drop by Johnson City Ford and see what they had and the car salesman Nick came to us and shook our hand and introduced himself and asked us how we were doing like he knew us forever. We explained what our situation was and we were just looking to buy later sometime. We first were just looking for my wife we test drove a 2017 escape love while sitting down and working on financing we got a 2017 escape with the best interest rate we have ever got and I mentioned that I would be looking to trade my current vehicle in because I had negative equate they said the were possibly able to get me at a 0% interest rate so after test driving a 2016 Fusion I knew what I wanted and went back in after signing paperwork for my wife and signed paperwork with 0% financing with my trade-in and negative equity.

Their customer service is superior. You know you will be treated with respect here. When I bring my vehicle in I feel at ease knowing they do a great job and are honest and respectful. I have already recommended this dealership to family and now to you as well.

Will never buy a car from here (or a Ford) again. I bought a 2014 Fiesta last December. All was well for about 3 months. After 3 months one of my tweeter speakers stopped working and a month after that the transmission started shifting weird and slipping. The first time I took it to the service center to get it looked at they found nothing wrong with the transmission and ordered my speaker. I took it back to have the speaker replaced at my appointment time 9am. They waited until 5:30 to call me and tell me they ordered the wrong part and had to reorder. I waited almost 2 months for the correct part to finally come in. I took the car back for them to fix the speaker and look at the transmission again. I finally got the speaker replaced and they told me there was a computer upgrade for the transmission and that seamed to fix it. I am still having transmission problems and they refuse to fix it. This car is just now a year old with a little over 16,000 miles. They ran my car through a simulator and said it is performing within the parameters. If you drive my car it is obviously not doing what it is supposed to. I asked the service technician what I should do and she told me she recommended just driving it until it breaks more that they won't do anything right now. How stupid!!! Frustrated, I called their corporate office and the CSR also recommended that I allow the problem to get worse and bring it back or get a second opinion which would require going to a different city at a different dealership... ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE.... DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE OR WITH ANY FORD DEALERSHIP. They're great up front while you're buying but won't help you take care of the piece of crap they sell you.
