I am an older individual who has not worked out for some time. I have found this fitness center to be absolutely great. Everyone is exceptionally helpful, friendly, and supportive. It is nice to workout in a facility where it is clean, well equipped, and the staff smile and actually seem to be glad you are there. I am so glad I checked out other fitness centers because it really made me appreciate this facility and their staff. The only thing I do wish they would consider is a family plan which include not just husbands, wives, and kids, but also moms, sons or daughters and grandchildren. I think this would be a great incentive for families to join together and spend quality, family time together getting healthy and fit.Judy GinleyJonesborough, TN
