Founded in 1990, Moody Dunbar is one of the largest processors of pimientos and bell peppers in the United States. It supplies roasted pepper to the industrial, food service and retail industries. Moody Dunbar operates two processing facilities that are regularly inspected by various customary government agencies. Its proprietary roasting methods caramelize the natural sugars in peppers giving them a smoky and sweet flavor. Moody Dunbar s red peppers, pimientos and roasted peppers are fresh processed from proprietary seed stock grown to deliver color, texture and flavor.
