I donated many things to them over the last 2 or 3 years. Then they got a 30-40 year old Philips 777 turntable that I wanted to BUY from them, and they would not lift a FINGER to help me out. They seem like an ungrateful bunch of people. If you donate to them, they'll take it, but don't ask them any favors in getting help to acquire any vintage audio gear. That would be too much of an inconvenience for them. So from now on, I donate somewhere else. They get tons of donations and they don't really care about me anyway. So be it. I won't shop there OR donate there any more. They really are unprofessional and rude in many ways.

They put "sold" tags on the furniture to hold until times runs out for the 100% sale so they can give the item away or they do not price it at all. The Manager{?} is rude and the cashier is not properly trained.
