I created Shape Shift with the aim to motivate, inspire & push people to every day be better than they were the day before with their health and fitness! Helping people transform their lives is my goal. I have been using Beachbody products since 2012 and I have experienced first hand the ways these products have transformed my body and health. I am always looking for people interested in changing their lives--and the lives of others--through fitness and nutrition, and I would like to invite any and all to join my team. We work through motivating each other, helping each other over the hurdles, and keeping each other accountable.
