Provided by YPmobileMy husband and I seen advertisement to download the mobile app. we decided to give it a try downloaded the app got all the way through order at about 10:40 p.m. However once trying to complete the order we got an error message, so we just said oh well we'll call and order. We contacted the location on West Walnut Street, Johnson City, Tennessee, 37601 upon contacting them at approximately 18 minutes before they closed we explained we had a hard time placing an online order we would like to place it now and pick it up within 5 minutes. The manager China denied our order she also stated in the background just tell her that we've already close the register. manager in the background referred us to another location that happened to close at the same exact time.. by the time we were able to contact them it was already 11 o'clock. I feel that every time I went to this restaurant they closed 20 minutes early, answer the phone or stand at the door as if they're welcoming you as soon as you say you're going to place an order they completely deny and state that they're closed. This is the worst customer service experience and I decided to take the time to advise you of how rude and inconsiderate your coworkers and managers are. SHIFT LEADER WAS CHYNA AND CREW MEMBER WAS CASEY. AWFUL LAZY WOMEN. Came there 2 mins b4 closing and gentlemen offer to take order. ITS Friday night welcome customers not close 18 mins early cuz ur lazy!!!
