Signed a contract with Telescan in October. Had a lot of issues with poor service, no service and dropped calls, couldn't hear, could not dial out at times. etc. I called several times for service and nothing happened. All they'd say is we're working on it or nobody else has a problem with it. When I signed up Bonnie Guile told me verbally that don't worry about the 3 year contract, if your not satisfied we can let you out. Well guess what, Bonnie doesn't remember that conversation. They need to change there name to TeleScam instead. Don't do business with them.
