Professional work and great customer service!!

Didn't follow through with service contract of filling propane.Owner was nice when we were buying, but very rude when we had a problem. He also smells like alcohol every time we see him.

They came out on Friday to light the pilots on my 2 fireplaces. By the end of the end of the night pilot was out on 1 of the fireplaces. I called them this morning and they told me they couldn't get out here until end of the month. I told them that wasn't acceptable that I paid for a service and someone didn't do their job right. He told me if I wanted faster service take the fireplace apart myself and bring the unit in. I told him that he was crazy for suggesting such a thing. He said that's the best he could do. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

They have poor customer service. They are difficult to reach and when you do they take a long time getting out to you. I signed up last year and this year they dropped me stating it was too difficult to get to me. If I hadn't called they were not even going to notify me. Now it's cold and I'm left in a bind. Do not reccommend
