Awful dealership they try ever...

Awful dealership they try every way to screw you over charge you for things that are supposed to be free and the general manager is no help AT ALL he's an idiot simply put. If I was you and planned on buying a Nissan or getting it serviced I'd find somewhere else unless you like being cheated and lied to.

I HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. I bought my 2009 Nissan Sentra from Tri Cities Nissan on a recommendation of a person I trust and who also bought from them. I bought this car almost 2 weeks ago. They sold me the car with bad tires and the central lock does not work. I took it in today to get the lock fixed and asked them if they could give me discount on new tires since they sold me the car with tires that needed to be replaced. They said no. OK, so I said I would pay the full price because it needed to be done. I took the car there at 8am and at 3 pm (2 hours before their closing time) they finally called and said they don't have the correct tire size but they can fit a smaller tire on it. They also said that this is a better deal and it is cheaper. It did not sound right, or like a better deal because they should have given me the best deal in the morning to begin with and not at 3pm when it sounded like they still wanted to make a profit off of me even though they were out of stock with the correct tire size. I don't understand tires, obviously, and that is what greatly helps dealerships prey on people who just don't understand car stuff. I could not make an educated decision on the spot on the phone 2 hours before their closing time knowing I had to have my car Monday for work. So under pressure I said fine do it but I also said I had to call my auto mechanic because I didn't fully understand it and it did not sound right what they were saying. I called my auto mechanic who advised me against purchasing smaller tires that they were suggesting--he said the size difference is too significant. I called them back 30 minutes later and said I wanted my old tires on my car and they said they would charge me $150 for the labor. I am not pleased with this service at all because they sold me this car with tires that needed to be replaced anyway and when I was willing to still pay for the new tires, they tried to rip me off by selling me the wrong tire size and subsequently charged me for labor after I said I wanted my old tires back on. They said they could not anything about it---How about not charging me? They could not have done that? And they waited till 3 pm to tell me they don't have the correct tire size. Well, yes, they charged me $122.35 for the labor and I drove home with the same old tires on my car and $122.35 lighter. There was no way I was going to buy small tires from them or anything else after this! I did not like that at all and I promised them that I would write this review and I keep my promises. So here it is.

stay away....I test drove here, had heard bad things but gave them the benefit of the doubt. My salesman was great but the sales Manager ignored both him and me and our request for numbers on a car. When he finally came he was argumentative and tried to tell me what my husband done in his job....really rubbed me the wrong way. Even if I had loved the car, I wouldn't have bought it because of this sales manager.

I went to Tri-Cities Nissan on 3-12-14 to find out what was wrong with my car... They charged me $97 to diagnose my car problems and it took about 15-30 minutes. When they were done, the paper said the following: "Gas Tank Leaking", "Tank Very Rusty" also said "REPLACE TANK AND RE-TEST"... They wanted to charge me $2000.00 to fix and then tried to sell me a car cause "Your car is not worth fixing" they said... I denied service cause I don't have $2000 to spend on 1 part. 3 weeks later I went back for a $97 refund cause they mis-diagnosed my car (It was a Mass Air Flow Sensor-$80) and I just got a HUGE argument from the Service manager. At the end of it all he just THREW the papers at me and told me to "Have a nice day"... He made me feel like I was stupid and wouldn't help in any way and it was VERY embarrassing... I never got my $97 back, I'll never go back and recommend NO ONE EVER DOES!!! I'll be going to the Nissan dealer in bristol from now on. (BILL GATTON NISSAN - 235 CENTURY BLVD BRISTOL, TN 37620 - 423-989-6700) Thanks for reading...

Do not purchase from this company or any sister company they have. I had called to request a certain person not to hadle paper work for my fathers recent purchase upon my father request might i add due to his busy wirk sched he was unable to call before their closing hours! The next day i recieved harrassing text messages from this particular employee. Me requesting this was just like someone requesting a certain stylist at the salon I work at...am I later going to harrass this client for not choosing me....absolutly not! Its call being a proffesional!! My husband and I have been looking on and off at to trade one of our vehicles at their dodge dealer in kpt...but not anymore. We will take our hard earned money elsewhere, where we will not later be harrassed over via text from an employee.

Avoid these jerks like the plague. The sales people are the worst I've encountered. They are extremely pushy and deliberately swarm around you, bombarding you with chatter to keep you from really thinking about the whole process. Nissan makes good vehicles, but this office employs a bunch of blood thirsty sharks. Gird your loins for battle if you want to consider buying anything. Or go to any of the other dealerships on the Motor Mile. I would only recommend this place to people I despise.

Avoid!!!!

Please avoid this dealership! I bought a new car here and it was smoking before I got it home! Checked the oil dipstick and it was dry! Called the dealer and had the car towed in. When I went to talk to them after I got off work they told me I was good to go and the car was fine! Ha! The paper work had been ran and my car I traded in was already being prepped for sale.... Ouch! Save your money! Email me and I will give you the full story. malonejgym@yahoo.com

Please, please, please save yo...

Please, please, please save yourself from this dealership. I bought a new car from this dealer and got home and it was smoking! Checked the oil and dipstick had no oil on it! Called the dealer and the car was towed in. I asked for no paper work to be run and my old car to not be touched. When I arrived at the dealership after work I was told that I was good to go and the car was fine and full of oil. Seriously? They said the paper work was run but couldn't tell me when and I went to the back and my old car was already being prepped for sale! This dealer has no business staying in business. Email me and I will tell you more! malonejgym@yahoo.com

service department needs a lift

Continue to give the service department chances and continue to be disappointed. Have been overcharged and had to get my bill adjusted; make appointments and they forget to service my car; they rarely have cars available for me to borrow for the day if I have to leave my car; just over all not impressive.

THESE PEOPLE ARE ALL ABOUT MONEY

i went here about 3 years ago to get a car. Well they told me that I needed a co-signer. Well I had a friend there with me and another sales guy had been trying to sell her a car also. She offered to co sign for me but when we told them that she was going to be our co signer they said she couldnt because they had already tried to sell her a car. Which was a bunch of crap. So in the end she had to put the car in her name with me not being on the aggreement which was a bad mistake from the start. I went back about a year later and was going to trade in that vehicle for another so it would be in my name and told them about what had happened and they could not understand why she couldnt have been a co signer. Turns out the guy that told us that still worked there and I got the privlige to talk to him and he couldnt give me a direct anwers on why he said what he did but I think it was because he thought she was going to buy a car on her own and he would have got the commission for it if the guy that was selling us a car had her co sign. Our sales person was very mad at the time because the other guy was trying to take his deal. PLEASE DONT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE THEY WILL DO YOU WRONG!!!!!!!
