I had a great experience with Tri city custom glass. They did what they said and it was a great job.

We have several windows in our house that need replacement due to bad seals. My wife called a company cell number and left a voicemail, but her call wasn't returned, so she called the office number in early June. She was informed that windows would be measured Monday, June 13, and she would be called later with a specific time, so she made sure that her schedule was clear for Monday. She called Monday morning because she wasn't called back with a specific time, and she was informed that she would be called back in "a few minutes." She had not received a call by the afternoon, so I called back, and I was informed that we would be called back Monday evening or Tuesday morning, but we never received a call back, even after I called the cell number on Wednesday morning and left another voicemail. We were not impressed with the runaround, so we plan to use a different glass company.
