At first she seemed OK. She came here to measure guttering, then called back the next day to give me an estimate. Then she started getting unreliable. Last week she told me she was going to FINALLY do the job Monday or Tuesday and would call Monday. She didn't call Monday, and Monday was dry all day (they don't work in the rain). She called Tuesday and said they'd do the job this Friday. When I questioned why she postponed the job another week, she got irate so I hung up on her and needless to say, I'm not going to hire anyone that blows up on me. They can't predict the weather. She put me aside, and I don't call that a good person to do business with. Never again will I call Tri City Gutter. She's a hot head and she just blew this job. Very unprofessional to be running a business when you can't control your temper and you can't keep your word.
