Chipped my tail lights finally fixed them after their guy nearly gave me a heart attack. They are very rude and the first thing they say to you very rudely is they didn't do it . Gave them a benefit of a doubt and I should have not done so , now I have to pay 316 dollars to get pins put back in my bumper because their car wash is hitting my car so hard it's tearing it up. Same old rudeness we didn't do it. Never again ! Don't take your car there if your car to stay nice and you want your love one not to be treated rudely!

This carwash cracked my windshield and refused to help me replace it. My car is only 2 years old and now I am forced to replace the windshield because the owner is greedy and refuses to help fix things that his carwash caused. I had no defects or dings in my windshield prior and the crack started from the top and went down about 10 inches. They do not advise to the public that they use ICE COLD WATER so that on a hot day, it highly increases the chances of a windshield crack. The owner couldn’t care less as evident by the voicemail he left on my phone. The main reason that I went to this place was to support a softball team’s fundraiser, which, after I pay to have my windshield replaced, I could have funded myself!! I will NEVER go back!!

Worst car wash EVER. Was up sold for tire shine and undercarriage wash - tires, and the rest of car, still visibly dirty after car wash (no shine on tires what so ever). Was also talked into RainX which obviously was never applied. RIP OFF !

The attendant allowed my vehicle to go through the wash With hot wax knowing that he could not remove some tar which was on the car. The wax then SET the wax so it could not be removed without dealership help. The attendant informed me that it was tar that was on my car before I went through the wash. What I cannot understand is why he didn't tell me about it and why he would allow it to go through the wax. Now I understand their signs claiming no liability.
