I can't even add a star!!! But I had to to send this comment. I made a mistake but the biggest one was using this place on Silverdale! No one held accountable but me!!! That's not a good business..... I was talked down to and treated respectfully disrespectruly!!
No way to run a business!

Worst service ever. Seems like no one holds them accountable so they continue to offer poor service.

The worst business I have ever had the grave displeasure of dealing with in my life. Aside from a mentally unstable driver harassing me from the facility, I had the unfortunate circumstance of having to deal with the "so-called" management there, who "accidentally" hit me with the office door (and it bruised my hip btw) while I was inside their fish tank of an office trying to make a complaint. Don't make a complaint after hours (alone) or you might be "accidentally" assaulted and abused as I was. Very bad people! You should be ashamed of yourselves--
