Have always been good to me, I have been going to Dr. Otis and using the vision center here for years.

To the previous rating, I would say you should always check your receipt and order to ensure they have entered what you want. we are all human and make mistakes.

We ordered frames at the Wal-Mart Vision Center in Johnson City Tenn. on 3111 Browns Mill Road and paid for them up front, when we went to pick them up it was not even close to the frames we ordered and they lied and said that that was the frames we ordered. When you pay $255.00 you should get the frames you picked out instead of some that they just grabbed up. I will not do business with them ever again and we had been their customers for years when they did us this way !!
