I had said Watauga Orthopaedics was one of the most efficiently ran business I have ever visited. After a fairly extended relationship with the doctors, PAs, NPs and staff, I have to change my opinion to THE MOST efficiently ran doctors office I have ever been a patient in. They acknowledge that your time is valuable. From the time you check in and are taken back to the exam room the wait is very short. If you have to see radiology for x-rays, they are very prompt in coming and taking you back and bringing you back to your room. Then the provider is very prompt in seeing you and getting you out. They do all of this while answering any questions you have and thoroughly explaining your situation and what can be done while making you a part of deciding your care. WOW! It's a whole new experience there with doctors that really care. Believe me when I say, "You can feel safe in entrusting your orthopaedic health and care to Watauga Orthopaedics in Johnson City, TN! A special thank you to doctor Lord, Russell Koesters, the nurses the radiology staff and the girls at check in. Thank you so much for making me feel like I truly matter to you! It's like getting VIP treatment every time I come in!
