This company has AWFUL SERVICE. When my tank was filled last year the driver said he would check it erery few months since we do not use much propane. I checked the tank last Tuesday and the guage read 10%. I called Johnson City Hydro and told them the tank was at 10% and to scedule a delivery, they told me my area wasnot sceduled for 8 DAYS!! After conversation they said they would talk to the driver and call me, NO CALL THAT DAY. The next day I called them and spoke to someone else and explained the previous day they said they would follow up and call me, NO CALLBACK!! The next day I called another propane company to scrdule a delivery for the following day. I then called JOHNSON CITY HYDRO and asked to be removed from their customer list because they DO NOT DO WHAT THEY SAY AND AND THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS. THIS COMPANY IS NOT WORTHY OF ANYONE'S BUSINESS111
