I went to purchase some sodas. Upon entering the store 2 young ladies were sitting behind the lottery and western union counter. There was only one register open and she had a line. It was rude that both young ladies continued to sit and offer no assistance. But when I get to checkout using the Google pay and the cashier never acknowledge that something is wrong because she is also texting on her phone along with the bag guy at the end. To make matters worse i have to listen to one of the sitting young ladies talk about writing a paper and charging some to do it to the max of 500 words. Back to the cashier when she realized there was an issue she begins rolling her eyes, impatiently waiting for the transaction to clear. Please help them to realize that your customers are more important than your cell phone. This was an experience that could've gone a different way had I choose to be rude back. Managers make sure you put the right people in the right place. Customer support is very important for any business to thrive
