I went in asking for dark blonde and light blonde higlights and they must of gave me the new girl i was there for liiteraly like 6 hrs! than the main girl i'm assuming the manager tried fixing it but it was still freaking red! came back the next day still did not get blonde! I have always had problems going to this place never had a great exp! I had one girl that was going to the new serenity salon that was waiting for it to open this was like 7 yrs ago or somthing she was amazing i use serenity since than the only reason i even went there was because my girl moved and i thought i would get the same results! Epic fail every time & it cost me over 300 and still charged me the next visit I have never in my life beeen so pissed off! This place blows they might have been good at one time but never have been for me! maybe there is one girl that is good i dont know but they wont tell you that when you call.... I would stay away and stick w/ sahara's or aveda serenity Jordan Creek Or Valley West it seems even if your salon person isnt there you still get a great cut n color or touch up. The only times I have went to Bella is last min or in this horrific case my salon lady was gone after 7 yrs & thought i might have the same result!
