I would give this urgent care 0 stars. As a medical professional with a doctorate I would warn everyone NOT to go here. Dr. Regan was not thorough at all- he did not even perform a physical exam! He interviewed me for approximately 45 seconds, if that. There was no delving into what brought my symptoms on, any recent illness, or any of my past medical history. If you have a serious illness or a complication of any kind that is not overtly obvious I am sure it will be missed. The medical care here is elementary.
On top of that, the doctor did not wash his hands or Purell his hands before entering my exam room. This is basic infection control practice in any healthcare setting. Although he did not actually touch me, he did shake my hand (after going into a room with a patient who was being tested for the flu). Additionally, the room I was put in was not clean (it had bandaid wrappers from patients seen the day prior).
I urge you to seek out better treatment options!
