Provided by YPmobileI wish had read the reviews prior to ever contacting this dealership. For starters I seen a vehicle online that I wanted, called and verified it's availability. I took me 20 minutes to get to the dealership. Guess what, the car wasn't there. Foolishly I looked around some more and settled on another vehicle. Less than a day later, I was having issues with the car - that was supposed have been multi-point inspected. I decided I wanted to cancel the deal. I asked for the keys to my trade-in back so I could be on my way. They told me the vehicle was gone, shipped to another store. Though they agreed to do the service work at no charge and gave me a rental. A week later I went to pick up my plates, anyone want to guess what was sitting on the lot??? My vehicle... the one I wanted back. These guys are crooked. STAY AWAY!!

Provided by YPmobileThis was the worst experiencece ever! I purchases a new car from them. Felt pressured and they tried scamming me from the DMV fees and taxes! They top me the taxes and fee were included in the payments then comes the sales agreement. No taxes or fees included. Beware of this! I insisted I was not sighting until they included it in the contract. They gave me a hard time and acted as if I didn't know what I was talking about. I purchased a 30 day temp plate as they kept coming up with exudes S they were sling with the registration. 30 days goes by 35 40 42 days now. Driving unregistered vehicle. I see legal problems coming my way now. I had to contact the rhode is d dealer licensing board as they finally 2 days after that registered my vehicle. They held my reg tax and fees for 42 days!! That's unexceptable! On top of all that they didn't offer me a complimentary oil change. Every new car I purchased in my life gave me a complimentary oil change. I will never do business with them ginnies again!

Provided by YP.comI was driving by Metro Chrysler a few days ago and saw a car that was interesting. When I stopped i was approached by a saleswoman and I asked her for the price. All she did was talk about how great the car was, but gave me no price. Then she wanted me to come in and sit down, the next thing she wanted was a lot of information about me, including my Social Security Number. All I wanted was the price. She kept beating around the bush so I left. I didn't get the price and she didn't get my SS#!

Provided by YP.comI went in for a routine oil change and was talked into a tire rotation. I agreed as I knew I needed one badly. Upon getting home, I noticed they never rotated the tires! I had to argue and show pictures of where the wheel balances were to prove it. I was told, "if the tech said he rotated the tires, then he did". After going back and forth, they rotated the tires. They lost a customer and I wanted to share my story so others can be more informed about their practices.
