I visited this station located in Cranston Rhode Island on Plainfield Pike on Monday 11/10/14. I put in gas and use my last dollar to make change for quarters so I can use the air machine. Only to find out the machine was broken and deflated my tire more than what it was. I brought this up to the gas station attendant who basically told me not my problem buddy contact the number on the machine. I explained to him I live 25 miles north of this location and that I had no more money on me. I asked if he could kindly reimburse me for my one dollar so that I can go to the next gas station (next door - mobile station) and put in air. He again simply says not my problem buddy. I work up the street from this gas station and stop here weekly to fill my tank spending anywhere between 35-40$ But due to the lack of human compassion from the gas station attendant I will no longer be visiting this location. I will now go to the mobile station next door or the Hess station 1/4 mile down the street. Requesting for a dollar return so that I can get air is not unreasonable to me. Even if its the "other" companies machine that is on you property. A single dollar would have kept you a loyal customer.
