Provided by YP.comI went into RI jewelry on Atwood ave not knowing what to expect. I didn't get much. The lady behind the counter didn't even know I was there. I got a pair of earrings.. They broke the next day. When I returned them , her eyes popped out of her head and said 'no exchanges' .She did not have a store policy sign. She did take them back after scholding me and telling me not to do this again.

Unfortunately you cannot please everyone . Sometimes inexpensive items break and we do exchange if that happens . Sorry you were not happy with our products and service . Thank you for your patronage .
