Johnston-Edgefield-Trenton Middle School, also known as JET Middle school, serves students in grades six through eight. It has an enrollment of more than 600 students and is located in Johnston, S.C. The school employs over 65 staff members that include classroom teachers, nurses, counselors, career coordinators and administrators. Established in 1993, the school s core curriculum includes language arts, science and mathematics. The school also offers exploratory courses in keyboarding, health and art. Additionally, the school provides a range of stationery items, such as pencils, notebooks, erasers, dictionaries, dividers, binders, index cards and papers. Johnston-Edgefield-Trenton Middle School is approved by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools and is a member of the Middle School Association of South Carolina.
