New Century is incompetent and simply unprofessional. They have dragged their feet for almost 10 months with reagard to forwarding us a FedEx package in response to damaged materials. When trying to reach the point of contact by phone, she is always "unavailable". When messages are left, there has never been a return call. The most recent phone call was cut short when the rep hung up in mid conversation when told that what she offers was not good enough. I would not recommend New Century for Amy type of service based on horrible "lack of service" we have experienced.
