I have been builder for 25 years(new homes and remodel) and Boin has done much of the plumbing. His work is extremely professional and he has a wide technical knowledge . I can recommend highly. Petrie Construction.

In the past few years i have had Bion from Bio-tech mechanical do a few jobs for me he is always on time and gets what you need done and fast his prices are fair. Bion is also very polite and easy to talk to about an issue.

My experience with bio tech mechanical has been nothing but satisfactory work and service. the quality of workmanship has been more than exceptional.

Bion was a top rate plumber and got the job done on time. Nice to have someone honest to call when the pipes break.

I agree with the other commenter here. This guy is a headcase. Overpriced. Rude. Bad work. Showed up late and left work unfinished. Left a mess. Find someone else.

Absolutely the WORST possible experience with a contractor. Unreliable. Attempts to upsell unnecessary work. Bion Soblosky the plumber worked with other much more reputable contractors in the past. I've since learned that none of them will share a jobsite with him anymore. He ripped out an existing installation, and scheduled a return with parts to reassemble. He never showed back up. Following several calls with messages left which Bion Soblosky failed to return, he finally called back, complained about problems on other jobs, and abandoned ours. Bion Soblosky of Bio-Tech Mechanical Plumbing and Heating in Johnstown NY was rude, unprofessional, and damaged our property. His behavior was totally unacceptable. I would not hire Bion Soblosky and his Bio-Tech Mechanical Plumbing and Heating to do ANYTHING.
