Enjoy fine dining, casual fare or our popular Tuesday “Theme Nights” all in an historic building from 1798. The Inn was built as a stagecoach tavern by an officer in the French army of Louis XVI. It was a favorite of Joseph Bonaparte, Napolean’s brother, who raced his horses in Johnstown. Since 2005, it has been owned and operated by Kim Henck, a self taught chef, and his daughter Megan Saltsman, a Culinary Institute of America baking and pastry graduate. They maintain high standards for excellent food.Enjoy fine dining, casual fare or our popular Tuesday “Theme Nights” all in an historic building from 1798.
