I would not under any circumstances recommend this "home care" group to anybody for your loved ones, especially those who really need reliable help, compassion and consideration. I have had so many of their "girls" come and go because they call off all the time, they are persistently on their cell phones, they pay more attention to your pet than to you, they burn the food, they tell your all their life's problems and don't really want help to resolve those problems. They cause the consumer to be so stressed out they become sick, I know, I'm one of those consumers!!! The Service Coordinators are phenomenal, but the actual services once they start are horrible, unreliable, irresponsible and borderline abusive! And whatever you do, don't let them find out your switching from their agency to another one, they will come at you like a big mass of ugly, they will be rude to you and tell you their employees are not allowed to do things that are right in your service for 3+ years.
