Where to start....First of all, their website is extremely outdated. It seems like this used to be a nice place to live, according to the website. The management does not care that there is old information on there.There was also a beer bottle jsut hanging out on the banister as we moved in. Definitely not what you want to see when you move in some place. The buildings are strong, but the insulation is very very bad. There is no insulation between the walls, you can tell it's just brick on the outside, and painted sheetrock. The walls with windows get extremely cold. Also, the windows have 0 insulation, and even if you were to put something up there, there is still a draft 24/7. We literally have to keep our heat at or above 80 because it is so drafty in here, and also because the heating vents are at the top of the wall. Just bad engineering. Heat does not get evenly distributed, of the rooms, the vent just doesnt blow heat so that room is always very cold.The carpet is just lazily put down on top of a concrete floor. No padding, very hard and uncomfortable and cold due to there not being any heat near the floor. The carpet was also stained and smelled heavily of pets. There is only 6 people (apparently) who do maintenance, even though I've only seen 2 in a community that has about 220 apartments. Everything gets done weeks after it's requested. There is a leak in our bathroom from the upstairs apartment that (3 weeks later) has not been tended to. A lot of the time, maintenance will come in and say "oh well that's just the way it is, there's not much we can do" just to brush you off. All of this in a "remodeled" apartment mind you. I am not on section 8 and I didn't move here from section 8 housing so I expected much better. Their website (since its so outdated) mentions nothing about it being section 8 housing. The turn over rate is astounding. I just feel bad for the people who are not in a "remodeled" apartment because I can only imagine what they are feeling.

I've lived here for the last 3 years I've lived in a couple of place in a couple of different states but a place like this I have never experienced, the maintenance is on top of their job 24/7, the staff is so friendly & the place is Great!!
