If it wasn't for staff, Dr. Beverly Shapiro, you wouldn't get 2 stars! I'll start by saying bronchitis IS treatable w/ azithromycin; it's used to treat lung and other respiratory infections, such as bronchitis, sinusitis, community acquired pneumonia, some cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and whooping cough. You never asked if I was around anyone sick. That should have been your 1st question! To say you can't treat bronchitis & instruct me to take OTC meds, after I tell you I couldn't take due to MANY prescribed meds that you REFUSED to look at, was pushing malpractice! Your exam was hardly an exam. When I questioned why I couldn't have azithromyhcin you said it won't help, but you would still prescribe it. Since when do doctors write prescriptions to appease patients? You prescribed it because you weren't expecting me to ask for it. You figured I would accept your diagnosis, buy the OTC drugs & you'd never hear from me again. Don't worry, you won't hear from me again!

Will not take my daughter there again. Was there 3 hours waiting on a very old and very slow doctor who when she first walked into the room said, "I'm confused". Red flag for me. Long story short, when I left she made an off handed comment about me not being concerned about my daughter. During the visit she said she was going to refer us to an orthopedic doctor, then as she handed me the school excuse she said, she needs to see a nuero surgeon of which she could not refer me to because she didn't know of any. Complete waste of our time and money.

This is the slowest urgent care center I have ever seen. I have been here for 1hr and 40 min and haven't even seen the doctor yet. And if you are thinking oh well its busy, it's not. 3 people in the waiting room INCLUDING me! This is insane. If you don't have a day to waste don't come here.
