very nice and comfortable environment. not so rushed at the counter like i felt with the only other Panera Bread I visited. very good food. chicken and rice soup was just the right kind; creamy, flavorful, NOT salty as many other chicken soups are. Hummus was very much sweeter than i had expected, so I will not be getting the hummus again. otherwise, the veggie sandwich was a winner. fresh, crisp vegetables and nice flavorful bread. even tho it was a "crusty" bread, it was just the right amount of crusty and did not feel like i was biting into a crouton.
